Objective: to evaluate the role of pre-operative insulinoma localisation using selective intra-arterial calcium gluconate stimulated hepatic venous sampling.Method: Calcium gluconate (0.025 milliEquivalents Ca per kilogram) is used as a secretagogue to promote insulin secretion.
